Melita Schwartz, LMT, RYT, CEIM is co-principal of Catalyst Healthy Solutions, LLC and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007 specializing in the treatment of chronic pain and chronic conditions. After the birth of her own son in 2010, she has come to see yoga and massage as a practice of not only physical wellness, but also spiritual importance. She continued her education with an additional certification in Pre/Post Natal Massage therapy, a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and a certification in teaching Infant Massage through the International Association of Infant Massage. Melita has taught Anatomy and Physiology and Pregnancy Massage at the Arizona School for Integrative Studies and the Cortiva Institute. Melita believes that by providing a safe, nurturing environment in our own bodies, and in the womb, we can realize the goal of a more enlightened, peaceful world.
Tracy Puett, M.A., is principal of Corvus Leadership, LLC. He has worked both internally and externally with a variety of organizations from non-profits to large corporations and government agencies. With a background in environmental science and organizational development, Tracy possesses a unique body of knowledge and skill that is trans-disciplinary and integrative. Known for his accessibility and warmth, he also brings a discriminating eye to the processes of individual and organizational change. As a coach, facilitator, advisor, curriculum designer, and mentor – Tracy finds his passion in helping individuals and organizations grow to their fullest expression of purpose. He has spoken at regional and national conferences including the Organizational Development Network, the American Medical Group Association and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Care About Your Care Summit. Tracy received his M.A. in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University Seattle.
Jordana DeZeeuw Spencer, Ph.D., is an educator, coach, facilitator, and scholar with over 15 years’ experience providing professional coaching, consulting, teaching, and facilitation in leadership skills, team-building, communication, resilience, self-discovery, conflict resolution, and solidarity-building through her company 2EFFECT, LLC (2effect.us). For nearly two decades, she has worked with participants of all ages from academic institutions, professional organizations, and corporate groups – helping them to develop their leadership capacities, expand their skill sets, and discover innovative approaches in their respective fields. Jordana’s work has taken her across the United States, Canada, the U.K., the European Union, Africa, and Latin America, and her areas of scholarship that inform her coaching/facilitation, include Intersectionality Theory, Communication Theory, Inquiry-Based Learning, and Systems Theory. In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Jordana is a college professor and professional actor.
